Frank is a highly accomplished senior financial executive with over 30 years of banking experience.
Most recently, Frank served as the Chief Financial Officer of Astoria Bank, which was at one time a $20+ billion community bank that was successfully merged into Sterling National Bank. At Astoria Bank, he was responsible for the treasury operations, investments, accounting operations, investor relations, financial, management and tax reporting areas, the financial planning area and the information services area of the bank and Astoria Financial Corporation.
Prior to joining Astoria Bank in 1989, Frank was employed as an auditor by Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., predecessor to KPMG LLP, and as an officer of another thrift institution.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
